The Metro Atlanta YMCA Soccer Programs combine to offer your players the opportunity to compete at the highest level within Georgia. All of our locations are affiliated with US Youth Soccer and Georgia Soccer. Our programs offer players the opportunity to compete with other leagues and programs within the state.

Our Academy / Select Program players are chosen through a skills evaluation and selection process.  Try-outs are held during the month of May.  Based upon completion, players will be placed on teams according to the evaluation conducted by the coach. Players are grouped into Divisions based on age (Academy boys & girls ages 8-12, GPL, Champions and Conference boys age 13 & above, and GPL, Champions, Conference girls age 13 & above).  All of our Academy,  GPL, Champions and Conference teams represent the YMCA and are built off of the recreational program.  The focus for academy players is technical skills and as players progress and get older the focus will shift to tactical skills.

Upon selection to one of our teams your player will receive professional training sessions ran by our licensed coaching staff, weekend games, participation in tournaments and much more.
